A hospital in eastern North Carolina is seeking a vascular neurologist to their our multidisciplinary department. The department requires a fellowship in vascular neurology. The facility will consider experienced vascular neurologists as well as 2023 fellows.
This will be an inpatient and outpatient opportunity. The neuroscience team consists of 9 neurosurgeons, including 3 dual-trained cerebrovascular neurosurgeons, an interventional neurologist, a neuro-oncologist, 24/7 stroke neurohospitalists, neurologists, neurointensivists, and a large team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
The hospital has specialty-trained staff in nursing, neurology, general neurosurgery, vascular and endovascular neurosurgery, neuro-spine surgery, neuroradiology (including 24/7 in-house neuroradiology coverage), neuro-critical care and neuro-oncology. The Neurology department has state-of-the-art equipment and facilities including Gamma Knife, NeuroBlate, and RAPID.
