A hospital in Anchorage Alaska is seeking a BE/ BC Pediatric Neurologist to join their department of neurology. The position is open due to community need. The facility will consider both 2020 pediatric fellows as well as experienced pediatric neurologists.
Call is 10 days per month, the practice will be a mix of office/ clinic outpatients as well as hospital. This will be a 100% pediatric neurology opportunity, approximately 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient. The hospital has an existing pediatric neurology program. There is currently 1 other physician and 1 midlevel in the group, as well as 1 RN, 1 MA, and 4 EEG techs. The office has full EEG service in clinic with a Nihon Kohden EEG system.
