A hospital in Houston is seeking a fellowship trained neuromuscular neurologist to join their employed neurology group. There are currently 5 neurologist in the group and all are sub-specialized except for one general neurologist. The department will consider experienced Neurologists or 2021 fellows.
Call would be 1:6 Friday – Sunday. Monday – Thursday there is a neurohospitalist that handles the call schedule. The practice is a very busy, well-established neurology practice located on the main campus of the major hospital system. The practice has a strong neuroscience program and marketing support.
The practice has outpatient imaging services including three 3-Tesla MRIs, one Wide Bore 3-Tesla MRI, and one Wide Bore 1.5-Tesla MRI. Research opportunities are also available with facility’s research institute.
