A hospital in eastern North Carolina is seeking a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join Neurocritical Care team. The facility will consider an experienced critical care, ICU, Neuro-ICU, or Neurology PA or NP, or a talented new graduate.
The incoming candidate will perform admissions and discharges, histories, physical exams, ongoing patient assessments, daily rounding, and ICU procedures (arterial lines, central lines, and intubation). The incoming NP or PA will have an inpatient only practice with no call, the service is 24/7 and will include some nights and some weekend shifts.
