A hospital in the Outer Banks of North Carolina is seeking a BE/ BC General Neurologist to join their team. The position will be employed, the opportunity is available due to programmatic expansion. The department requires at least 3 years of experience.
The incoming Neurologist will have a 100% outpatient practice, the schedule is M-F 8-5:00. The department has a strong referral support from local primary care providers. The facility has an established clinical neuroscience team of 10 neurosurgeons, including dual-trained cerebrovascular specialists and 20 + neurologists including an interventional neurologist, 4 vascular neurologists, 4 neurointensivists and 13 subspecialty neurologists.
