A hospital in a NYC borough is seeking a BE/ BC Neurologist to join in their physician community. The facility prefers a candidate with stroke training or equivalent experience, this will be a general neurology position however the facility is a designated stroke center so some stroke preference or experience is preferred.
Call for the incoming neurologist will be 1:3, there are 2 other neurologists that have been with the hospital for over 12 years. The hospital prefers a candidate with 2-3 years’ experience. This will be a combined in-patient and out-patient practice. There is full PA support, with 2 designated PAs covering the unit. The incoming neurologist will only take call at one facility.
The facility will offer a full benefit package including salary and a production based incentive.
