A hospital in Houston is seeking a BE/ BC Vascular Neurologist. The incoming neurologist will be dedicated to one facility. The incoming candidate will work 7 on 7 off rotating weeks. The department will consider an experienced candidate or a 2020 fellow.
The department requires a fellowship in stroke/ vascular. The position is open due to expansion, the facility is getting multiple strokes daily. The incoming Neurologist will also have the opportunity to join the virtual/ tele stroke platform for the hospital’s system. This is a clinical position however the hospital has a Research Institute where clinical research will be full supported.
The department has a neuro team that consists of neurologists including a neuro-interventional neurologist, neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, a neuro-ophthalmologist. This will be a fully employed position.
