A hospital in central North Carolina is seeking a Neurosurgery PA to join their neurosurgery team. The department requires 3 years of experience in neurosurgery, or 5 years of experience in another surgical specialty as First Assist.
The schedule will be Monday- Friday with shared call responsibility of 1:3. The incoming PA will work with the hospital’s neurosurgeons in First Assist, Pre-Op, and Post-Op patient care. The practice is a well-established department with an excellent reputation and is a full-service Neurosurgical Program.
The facility will provide a competitive compensation package including salary, sign-on or loan repayment, pay-for-performance bonus up to 15%, 27 days annual PTO, malpractice, relocation, a full comprehensive benefit package, and up to $2,500 reimbursement for CME and other professional expenses. The location is a resort area with an abundance of outdoor activities including golf and 2 hours from the Atlantic coast as well as 3 hours from the Appalachian Mountains.
