A Houston area hospital is seeking a BE/ BC Neurohospitalist Neurologist to join an existing group. The incoming Neurohospitalist will be dedicated to one facility. The department requires a fellowship in vascular or stroke.
The position is a traditional 7 on/ 7 off daytime schedule. The department prefers a candidate with 3+ years of experience. The position is open due to expansion. This is a clinical position however the hospital has a Research Institute where clinical research will be full supported.
There are no current opportunities for teaching however there may be in the future. The department has a neuro team that consists of neurologists including a neuro-interventional neurologist, neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, a neuro-ophthalmologist. This will be a fully employed position.
