A hospital in central New Jersey is seeking a Neuro-Critical Care PA. The department is looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years’ experience, ideally with training in Acute Care, Neurology, ICU, or trauma, or candidates with experience in those areas.
The incoming PA will have limited OR time, surgery experience is not required and the incoming PA will not be required to assist in surgery. The Neuro-ICU is staffed 24/7, all PAs work 7:00- 7:00 shifts. All PAs work 13 shifts in a cycle which is 3-4 shifts per week, approximately 50% being night shifts, there is also 2 weekends required for every 6 week period.
The facility will provide a very competitive compensation package including salary, as well as vacation, relocation, CME, and a full benefit package. The area is located approximately an hour from New York City and an hour from Philadelphia, and only 45 minutes from the beach.
