A private practice in southern Arizona is seeking a BE/ BC Movement Disorders Neurologist to join their practice. The practice will consider either an experienced Neurologist or a 2018 fellow or resident with a Movement Disorders interest.
The incoming physician would be part of the general neurology call rotation and work out of only 1 hospital, call is 1:5. The incoming neurologist will start with a general practice as he or she builds movement disorders, the practice anticipates they will reach 75% or more in their specialty with the demand of the area. The main hospital associated with the practice has a bi-lane suite and a 12 bed Neuro-ICU as well as a Brainlab.
The practice currently has a vascular neurologist, a neuromuscular neurologist, as well as general neurologist and neuro-hospitalists. The hospital is also moving to a Comprehensive Stroke Center in the summer of 2018, and will be moving to a level II in the Fall of 2018.
The incoming neurologist will have a practice guarantee in a traditional private practice employment model with no buy-in, there is a partnership track to become partner.
