A hospital in North Carolina is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to work as a GI Hospitalist. The department is seeking a candidate with 2+ years of experience. The opportunity is available due to expansion.
The position is 100% inpatient including both consults and inpatient procedures. The schedule is M-F one week on/ one week off with 1 weekend of call coverage per month. Fellows take first call.
The department has a state of the art newly renovated inpatient GI lab inclusive of 3 interventional rooms and 20 pre and post procedure bays.
