A hospital in a suburb north of Austin is looking for a BC/BE Neurologist to join their practice. The group is an existing and well established Neurology practice. Call will be 1:3 for the incoming Neurologist. The incoming Neurologist will be a Hospital Employed physician.
A fellowship or equivalent experience in Epilepsy is required, as well as specialized interest in seizure/headache, sleep medicine. The department prefers a candidate with the ability to read 3hr EEG studies. This position will cover IP consults/call including the facility’s certified stroke program as well as an OP setting. The hospital has on site EEG capability, advanced imaging, interventional radiology, and a sleep center. The hospital does not currently support neurosurgery or hemorrhagic strokes.
