A hospital in northern Ohio is seeking a Dementia/ Cognitive Neurologist to join their department. The hospital is an academic institution and has a neurology residency program. The department is seeking a candidate with at least 2-4 years of experience. A fellowship in geriatric, behavioral, or cognitive neurology is preferred.
The hospital has a Memory and Cognition Center, the clinical program includes 3 behavioral neurologists, neuropsychology and extensive clinical research support staff. Existing research includes basic science investigations, longitudinal and cross-sectional clinical studies, neuroimaging research, and clinical trials. Center investigators have received funding from NIH and industry sources.
Faculty appointment will be in the Department of Neurology at any rank, commensurate with experience and accomplishments.
