A hospital in Elizabeth, New Jersey is currently seeking a General Neurologist to join their team. The department will consider both graduating residents and fellows as well as experienced Neurologists.
There is no stroke call for the incoming Neurologist. The facility has a robust support staff and strong referral network. The position is a general Neurology position, however the department can support sub-specialty interests. Non-stroke call is minimal and is split between the other Neurologists.
New staff will join a Joint Commission certified Primary Stroke Center supported by a seasoned multidisciplinary team of physicians and state-of-the-art technology, dedicated to providing the highest quality outcomes. Ideal candidates will be excited for numerous teaching opportunities, as well as provide both inpatient and outpatient coverage.
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $350,000 to $435,000 per year and a robust benefits package including health, life, disability and malpractice insurance, 401k/retirement, plus PTO and added time off for CME.
