A hospital in Northern California is seeking an NP to join their team. The incoming candidate will specialize in Stroke, including educating, delivering, and oversight of stroke patient care, which will include post discharge follow-up. The incoming NP will provide expert nursing consultation and practice oversight and will function as a liaison between medical staff, nursing staff, family members and support services.
The department prefers a candidate with Neuro or Stroke experience however talented new grads may also be considered. All procedures are done at the hospital, there is no clinic base.
