A hospital in northern California is seeking a BE/ BC Stroke Neurologist to join in their physician community. The incoming Neurologist will work directly for the hospital and can choose the employment model they prefer. The incoming Neurologist will join the hospital’s Brain and Spine Institute. The hospital requires interest in stroke, either equivalent experience or fellowship training in vascular or stroke.
The incoming neurologist will have both inpatient and office consults as well as general neurology. Call is a 1:4 rotation and is compensated, shared call with 3 other local neurologists. The position is available due to a community need, there is over 50% of a deficient of stroke neurologists in the service area currently.
The hospital will provide an income guarantee model, relocation, sign-on bonus, and malpractice/ tail coverage, or the incoming Neurologist can also choose to be employed by the Foundation.
