An academic medical center in South Carolina is seeking a BE/ BC Pediatric Movement Disorders Neurologist. Academic rank and tenure will be based on experience. The incoming Pediatric Neurologist will have a combined practice of Pediatric Movement Disorders and General Pediatric Neurology. A fellowship or equivalent experience in movement disorders is preferred, pediatric training and designation is required.
The approximate clinical breakdown will be 50% pediatric movement disorders and 50% general pediatric neurology. This is 100% pediatric neurology opportunity, there will be no adult general neurology requirements. The department is a teaching facility with medical student, resident, and fellow trainees. The incoming candidate can have teaching opportunities via academic appointment with the University. The incoming candidate will have dedicated time for research.
