A hospital in western Ohio is seeking a BE/ BC trauma neurosurgeon to join their rapidly growing, comprehensive Neuroscience Institute. The group is a busy clinical practice including complex instrumentation, spine deformity & minimally-invasive spine, and also has a lot of trauma. The facility prefers a trauma fellowship, however they will also consider candidates with relevant trauma experience. The practice will consider both experienced neurosurgeons as well as 2017 trauma fellows or residents.
The practice is currently comprised of 4 neurosurgeons, this is a full employed position. The incoming neurosurgeon will have a robust clinical practice, as well as teaching opportunities, program building, research & device development. The incoming neurosurgeon will have protected time for research including basic science, translational and clinical, they will also have an academic appointment.
