A private practice in northern Nevada is seeking a Neurosurgeon to join the group. The practice is looking for a candidate interested in a spine-dominant case mix, candidates with interest and/ or training in complex spine, deformity spine, or trauma would fit well in to the current group. The practice would consider either a 2018 spine fellow or resident, or an experienced spine neurosurgeon.
This practice has been benchmarked by Medtronic Health Economic Strategies as one of the top practices in the country. This position comes with established referral lines and exceptional volume from a market area exceeding 1 million people. The incoming neurosurgeon will join the existing solo practice, there are other neurosurgeons in the community that also share call.
The current neurosurgeon is earning in the top 90th percentile. The incoming neurosurgeon can choose between hospital employment or a 2 year partnership track for the practice. This position offers excellent reimbursement which ranks in the top percentile. The practice is offering a generous compensation package including a partnership track and income guarantee.
