A Neuroscience Institute in Philadelphia is seeking a BE/ BC Spine Neurosurgeon to join their practice. The practice is seeking a candidate well versed in complex and MIS to run their spine program. Based on experience the incoming Spine Neurosurgeon can be a Chief position.
The position is open due to expansion, the group is growing, there is very low turnover with the existing physicians and surgeons. The incoming neurosurgeon will be employed by the practice, they will have a generous salary regardless of RVU with built in metrics. The incoming candidate will have academic appointment at a local academic institution.
The neuroscience group is the largest neuroscience program in the area. The is a priva-demic/ hybrid program, the incoming candidate will be clinically busy and also have full academic resources. The practice is a very large group with neurosurgeons, neurologists, neurolopsychologists, neuroanesthesiologists, emergency medicine physicians, and full APP support.
