An academic department in Texas is seeking a Spine Neurosurgeon for a position in the Department of Neurosurgery. The incoming Neurosurgeon will have a spine dominant practice, clinically specializing in spine including complex spine. A fellowship is preferred.
The incoming neurosurgeon will be a full-time faculty member at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level, the department is seeking a candidate with academic interest, including both teaching and research. The department’s research labs, headed by an outstanding PhD researcher, are equipped for in-depth studies of ischemia, neuroprotection, cell cultures, brain and spinal cord injury and molecular genetics research of the cranial facial skeleton.
Academic rank, salary and benefits will be commensurate with training and experience. All faculty appointments are designated as security sensitive positions.
