A hospital in Texas is seeking a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for their outpatient Neighborhood Healthcare Center. The centers operate Monday through Saturday between 8:00 am- 10:00 pm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience, with national certification and licensed to practice as an APN in the state of Texas.
The incoming candidate can choose between a schedule of 4 days per week at 10 hour shifts, or 5 days per week at 8 hour shifts. Depending on the clinic the hours could go to 9 or 10 at night, so there will be some shifts in the evenings. The incoming PA or NP will provide direct primary health care services to patients according to standardized protocols by the Medical Director.
The facility will provide a salary plus CME, in addition a quarterly RVU bonus will be available depending on the PA or NP’s patients and productivity.
