A large practice in Myrtle Beach is seeking an Orthopedic Physician Assistant to work out of one of their practice locations. The practice requires at least 1 year of experience. Experience in general orthopedics or any orthopedic sub-specialty is welcome.
The incoming candidate will work at a level one trauma center and take call. The incoming PA will work with different Orthopedic Surgeons within the practice. Clinic hours are 8-5 M-F. Call will be shared with the other Physician Assistants, the average is approximately 6 nights of call a month, this is a combination of trauma call and practice call.
The incoming PA will have a mix of OR and Clinic working in a rotation in all specialties under our umbrella with the exception of pain management. The practice will provide a competitive compensation package including salary with call pay on top of salary and full benefits including CME dollars and days.
