A private practice in northern California is seeking a BE/ BC Neurosurgeon to join their group. The practice will consider both 2022 fellows and residents as well as experienced neurosurgeons.
The incoming Neurosurgeon will have a general neurosurgery practice with emphasis on spine. There are opportunities to build other sub-specialty interests, the dominance of the cases will be spine.
The practice is very reputable and well established. The referral networks are well established for spine. The incoming neurosurgeon will be busy walking in to the practice. General Neurosurgery call is shared and will be 1:5. The practice currently has 2 neurosurgeons with full APP support.
The incoming neurosurgeon will work out of one facility, the practice also has ownership in a surgery center which is approximately 1 mile from the hospital. The incoming neurosurgeon will have a mix of both general neurosurgery and spine neurosurgeon with sub-specialty focus on spine.
The practice will provide a guaranteed salary through the practice with a productivity bonus. There is a partnership track to become partner and also opportunity for ownership in to the surgery center.
