The practice is a private practice, the incoming neurosurgeon will work out of only 1 facility and be employed through the practice. The incoming neurosurgeon will have exclusive coverage at the facility with high volume and income potential.
The incoming neurosurgeon will have a general neurosurgery case mix, the facility isn’t a designated trauma center. They are working toward level III status. The incoming neurosurgeon can choose to have an academic affiliation, or work in a primarily clinic practice.
