A physician owned clinic in southern Mississippi is seeking a BE/ BC Neurosurgeon to join their group. The incoming neurosurgeon will have a general neurosurgery practice with both cranial and spine. The position is open due to growth. The group will consider both experienced neurosurgeons as well as 2020 residents and fellows.
There are currently 4 neurosurgeons in the group, call for the incoming neurosurgeon will be 1:6. Call is for 1 facility and there is clinic call, the incoming neurosurgeon will work at only 1 hospital, a level II trauma center. The practice is located less than 1 mile from the hospital.
The practice will provide a competitive compensation package, there is a first year guarantee and then compensation is based on collections. The practice is very well established with long standing, strong referral networks in place. The group will provide a signing bonus as well as full benefit package.
