A department in San Antonio is seeking a Neuro-ICU APP to join the neurosurgery department. The department is looking for candidates with at least 1 year of critical care experience as a mid-level provider with additional neurocritical care experience as well.
Neurocritical care is the primary service for patients in our unit and the department also provides consultative services for patients throughout the hospital. The incoming PA/ NP will work closely with neurosurgery, neurology, trauma and medicine. The incoming APP will work mostly days, there may be some night requirements. The department has a dedicated closed Neuro-ICU unit.
