Medical Director to Lead Breast Cancer Surgery Program in Pennsylvania

A hospital in eastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Board-Certified Breast Surgeon to serve as Medical Director and to lead the breast cancer surgery program in a multi-disciplinary setting. The Medical Director will partner with Cancer Center leadership in developing a strategic plan for the Breast Cancer Program and successfully launch a Breast Surgical Fellowship. The department requires at least 3 years of experience as well as a fellowship in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology.

The incoming Medical Director must have a proven clinical, research and administrative track record and is interested in leading the facility’s Breast Surgery Program. The team currently has 3 dedicated breast surgeons and will be expanding in the future.

The facility is a COC accredited cancer program. The department is an established program and full service breast cancer center including a fellowship program with 2 Hematology/Oncology fellows.
