A hospital on the east coast of Florida is seeking a Gastroenterology PA to join an existing group. The practice is seeking someone with at least 1-2 years of experience, experience in hospital work/consults is required.
The job is seeing patient in the clinic and rounding/seeing consults in the hospital. The schedule for the incoming PA will be M-F, with no call. The incoming PA may assist occasionally with rounding on patients about 1 weekend a month, ½ day Sat and Sun. The staff works very well together and the GI practice has an excellent reputation and referral network, there are 4 GI physicians and 2 GI PAs.
The facility will offer a competitive compensation package including salary, weekend call bonus, and a quality bonus up to $10k additional, as well as a full benefit package.
