A hospital based private practice in Tucson is seeking a BE/ BC Endovascular Neurosurgeon to join the group. The facility prefers a candidate dual training in endovascular, or experience in vascular and open vascular. The facility will consider both experienced neurosurgeons as well as 2020 residents and fellows.
The incoming neurosurgeon will have an endovascular/ vascular focused practice with some general neurosurgery, the practice currently has 1 endovascular neurosurgeon and referral networks are established for endovascular. The incoming neurosurgeon will join the existing neurosurgery group, the group is well established and collaborative. The position is available due to expansion.
Call is also shared with an interventional radiologist, general neurosurgery call will be 1:8. There are 2 facilities associated with the practice, St. Joseph’s has a bi-plane and there is a single plane at St. Mary’s. The hospitals are approximately 25 minutes from each other. The program currently consists of 5 neurosurgeons, 2 outpatient neuros, and 7 APPs.
