A private practice in southern Arizona is seeking a BE/ BC Vascular Neurosurgeon to join their practice. The position is available due to the former vascular neurosurgeon leaving to be closer to family, there is an existing vascular and endovascular practice for the incoming neurosurgeon to walk in to. The practice prefers a candidate with open vascular experience and/ or training.
The main hospital associated with the practice has a bi-lane suite and a 12 bed Neuro-ICU as well as a Brainlab. The hospital is also moving to a Comprehensive Stroke Center in the summer of 2018, and will be moving to a level II in the Fall of 2018. The facility has four IR radiologists currently sharing call, the incoming neurosurgeon will participate in this and call is compensated.
The incoming neurosurgeon will have a practice guarantee in a traditional private practice employment model with no buy-in, there is a partnership track to become partner.
