We will only share CV and background candidate information to a facility with the physician’s permission and at the physician’s request. Our confidentiality guarantee and ethical standards also extend to our clients. When we present a potential candidate, we can guarantee that the physician has personally reviewed the opening and has expressed interest in being considered as a potential candidate. We will not present candidates to our clients unless the physicians are both aware of and interested in the client’s opportunity.
