A private practice in central Oregon is seeking a Neurosurgery PA. The practice is a group of neurosurgeons and pain management physicians. The practice prefers a candidate with neurosurgery or orthopedic spine experience, or at least 2 years of surgery experience.
The practice has an on-site ambulatory surgery center, imaging, and physical therapy. The incoming PA will work directly with one neurosurgeon, there is 1 day of clinic and 4 days assisting in the OR. There is no ER and service call of 1:3. The incoming PA will have opportunities for clinical research trials. The incoming PA will work predominately on complex spine.
The practice is looking for a candidate that can be able to work independently in a fast-paced clinic, that has excellent interpersonal skills, and that is able to multi-task.
