A hospital in Tampa is seeking a BE/ BC Pediatric Surgeon to join the department of surgery. The incoming pediatric surgeon will practice a full-spectrum pediatric surgery case load without adult or trauma obligations and with the benefit of mentors possessing more than 25 years of pediatric surgery experience. This position is open due to a physician retiring, the facility is looking for someone to start this summer.
There are currently 3 full-time pediatric surgeons at the hospital. The department has 5 ACPs. There is potential for an academic affiliation but it would be predominantly clinical.
