A growing spine surgery program in Northwest Houston, TX is seeking a BE/BC Spine Neurosurgeon to join an established multidisciplinary team with existing neurosurgical and orthopedic spine expertise. The department has an existing neurosurgery program and is considering both graduating fellows as well as experienced spine neurosurgeons.
This opportunity offers the ability to build a busy spine practice with a strong referral network, dedicated clinic, procedure, and OR time, and access to advanced surgical technology. The position includes a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical and surgical skills, a commitment to high-quality patient care, and an interest in collaborative practice. Spine fellowship training is preferred, and candidates must be eligible for an unrestricted Texas medical license.
A competitive compensation package includes a base salary plus productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, comprehensive health benefits, retirement, PTO, and CME. Texas has no state income tax.
