A hospital in north-central Pennsylvania is seeking a Neurosurgeon to join its growing team. The department will consider both experienced Neurosurgeons as well as graduating residents and fellows.
The ideal candidate will be board eligible or board certified, with experience or interest in managing a broad spectrum of neurosurgical cases; comfort with spine trauma is preferred but not required. The hospital system is a financially stable, expanding health system comprised of 9 hospitals serving 39 counties across the state.
The facility is a 360-bed Level II Trauma Center featuring 9 operating rooms with 24/7 anesthesia coverage, dedicated APP support, and a new state-of-the-art Neuro Trauma ICU.
The facility will offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes a strong base salary, sign-on bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match, and an annual CME allowance of $3,000 plus 40 hours of paid CME time.
