A new hospital in northern Houston is seeking a BE/ BC Breast Surgeon to join their Cancer Center. There will be no ER call. This is a 100% Breast Surgery position. The department requires a candidate with a fellowship in breast surgery.
This is a clinical position however the hospital has a Research Institute where clinical research will be fully supported. The department’s multidisciplinary team of specialists will include board certified breast radiologists, reconstructive plastic surgeons, medical oncologists, pathologists, radiation oncology, and a breast care nurse navigator. The hospital will provide advanced treatment for breast cancer, including chemotherapy, hormone and drug therapy, breast surgery and radiation therapy.
The successful candidate must be committed to providing unparalleled patient care and clinical research in a multidisciplinary setting. In addition, working with department and hospital leadership, this position will be responsible for continued service line growth and expansion.
