A Neuromonitoring Company is seeking a certified CNIM neurophysiology tech to join their company for a position in the Danbury/ Norwalk area of Connecticut. The company prefers a candidate with 3-5 years’ experience and requires CNIM certification.
The incoming Surgical Neurophysiologist will work 3-4 days normally (4 days on a busy week). The incoming candidate can live in Stamford, Norwalk, Danbury, or on the NY side, there are 3 facilities with in close range in this territory. The incoming candidate will be doing mostly spine as well as some craniotomies, peripheral nerve and the occasional vascular.
Call will be shared amongst the techs, initially it will be approximately 1 week every 1-2 months, none of the facilities are level 1 centers, call will most likely be very limited. However for any calls that transpire the incoming tech will be compensated for call. There are opportunities for advancement within, this will be a W2 employed position.
