A national Neuromonitoring Company is seeking a Clinical Manager for their Nashville territory. The company requires a minimum of 4 years experience as a surgical neurophysiologist and prefers a candidate with management experience. CNIM is required and DABNM is preferred.
The incoming candidate will be assigned accounts with 7-8 direct reports. The incoming Clinical Manager will manage the local team of Surgical Neurophysiologists as well as the relationships with the company’s existing clients. The Clinical Manager will perform IONM monitoring during orthopedic and neurosurgical spine cases, complex spine, brain, cranial, DBS, and other general neurosurgery cases.
The incoming candidate will also monitor complex cases as well as train other team members. The incoming candidate will also have the opportunity to grow the client base within the market.
