A private practice in South Dakota is seeking a BE/ BC spine orthopedic surgeon to join their practice. This will be 100% spine opportunity with no ER or trauma call. The spine would be 100% elective spine. The practice requires at least 2 years of experience.
There is only office call and this is 90% covered by the practice’s APPs. There are no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. The private practice is a 3 neurosurgeon group, the community is 70,000 people.
The incoming orthopedic surgeon will be an employee of the private practice, the group is an SD professional corporation. Partnership track is 1 year. The incoming orthopedic surgeon will also have partnership and ownership in to the surgery center. The surgical hospital is a separate entity and the incoming candidate will have partnership track in to both the practice and the surgical hospital.
