A hospital in New Mexico is seeking a General Surgery PA or NP to join their existing department. The practice currently has 3 surgeons and 2 PAs.
Call for the incoming PA/ NP will be 1:5 or 1:6 with call shared with 2 surgeons in private practice. The practice currently does 400-600 cases annually. The practice works 5 days per week with time divided between the hospital and the office, evening and weekend hours are dependent on the call schedule and work load.
