A multi-disciplinary neurosurgical group is seeking a BE/ BC Pediatric Neurosurgeon to join their practice. The group currently provides an unparalleled level of expertise in adult neurosurgery. They are seeking to expand their services to pediatrics and are hiring a pediatric neurosurgeon. The incoming pediatric neurosurgeon will have the opportunity to practice pediatric exclusively. The practice will consider both experienced pediatric neurosurgeons as well as 2017 pediatric neurosurgery fellows.
The practice currently offers sub-specialty care for the management of a variety of neurological conditions at a growing University teaching hospital. The incoming pediatric neurosurgeon will have the opportunity to build a full-spectrum of pediatric neurosurgery cases. The neurosurgeons in the group will provide call coverage and pediatric neurosurgery coverage will be arranged as needed.
This is a predominantly clinical opportunity, however there is potential for an academic affiliation with a near-by neurosurgery department. The practice will provide a competitive compensation package. The group is located in the Northeastern area of New Jersey within half an hour of the New York City area.
