A private practice in northern New Jersey is seeking a vascular neurosurgeon to join their group. The practice has locations in both New Jersey and New York, most of the partners live in NYC. The practice will consider an experienced endovascular or vascular neurosurgeon, or a 2019 fellow.
The incoming neurosurgeon will be employed through the practice with a straight salary and generous bonus plan, partnership is available after 2 years. The incoming neurosurgeon will have sub-specialization in vascular and endovascular with some general neurosurgery. The practice has established referral networks for endovascular and vascular, 4 of the hospitals associated with the practice have bi-planes. There are 2 other endovascular neurosurgeons in the practice, endovascular call will be 1:3.
The practice will offer a very competitive compensation plan, before partnership the incoming neurosurgeon will have a salary with a very generous bonus plan.
