A hospital in Queens is seeking a BE/ BC General Surgeon. The incoming General Surgeon will only take call at one facility, a level I trauma center. The incoming General Surgeon will have a full-scope of general bread and butter surgery.
The department currently has 7 General Surgeons in the department. This is a clinical opportunity, however General Surgery Residents do rotate through the hospital, there are teaching opportunities available. The hospital is also a teaching facility, the department is seeking a candidate with academic interest.
